Frequently Asked Questions

Questions and Answers

Is this really a gift card?

We manufacture die cut plastic post cards with a perforation that allows you to pop out a variety of shapes.  These are not loaded gift cards by any means but rather promotional plastic gift cards.  There is no cash value and are never paid for by a consumer.  You are sending these out as part of a promotion to generate awareness and sales activity.

What is my response going to be?

There are so many variables involved in the outcome of your campaign and we will help you maximize your investment.   Offer, timing, and mailing list are just a few examples of what can directly impact response rate.  We will help you get the best response possible through a series of questions and of course the development of our relationship.

How Many Should I Mail?

While we don’t have minimums, we know from experience that mailing 1,000 in the most immediate area is the fewest you really want to consider.   Ours is a premium direct mail tactic and we will pin point your audience.   That said, with any advertising medium, numbers count and getting the biggest most accurate audience is in your best interest.

Are these recyclable?

They are.  It actually depends on the municipality collecting your recycling, but if you can submit recycled COMINGLED items, you are good to go.

We recycle all of our waste.  We have a plant to buy carbon offsets and plant trees annually in order to ease the burden on the environment.

What is it made of?

We print on paper, laminate and then die cut.  1 part paper, 2 parts laminate.

What is included in my price?

Our TurnKey pricing includes graphic design, production, mailing list, standard postage, mailing services and more.  You will receive a custom quote to give you the formal offer, so please refer to that quote.

Why don’t you list pricing?

We will always aim to maximize your budget.  Not all campaigns are the same and we want to get to know you, your business and drill down to what your true needs are.  When we take that approach, you will often find us investing in your first mailing with you.  Sure, we could take a formulaic approach and fit you inside of a square hole, but it just isn’t our style.

How much is postage?

We typically blend your rate to include everything including postage, but know that you will get lower postage because we are permit holders who know how to get business class, pre-sorted, automated postage rates.

Can I get a comprehensive Art Spec Sheet?

Of course!  Please CONTACT US and we’ll send you one right away.

What if I just want to purchase a mailing list?

You can do it!  We can do it!  Let’s do it!

How should I save my native art file?

When saving a PDF, please use the high quality print option. Check the box to include the bleed. Crop marks should not be included.

What are acceptable file formats?

PDF, AI, ID, PSD.  Never JPG, Quark or PNG.  If you send us something in Microsoft Word then we seriously need to talk.
